How have you been?!?

This week we saw the return of our Business Planning 101 face to face! It was a great success and safe to say Brady Snr enjoyed teaching about the power of the plan! ??

We would like to say a huge thank you to Graham Stephen from bizval for delivering a super insightful session too.?

Brady Jnr has been out of the office this week...well not fully out of the office...she has been up north and working with a slight change of scenery ??

Next week will be filled with a lot of preparation and finalising the last details for our first ever event! ??

Is your business your responsibility?

It may seem like a really obvious question.?

But it is one that you should ask yourself, especially when you are starting to outsource certain elements of your business.?

Let's take finances for example...as this is one of our areas of expertise.?

It is still your responsibility to hold information and to provide information to let's say your accountants.?

You still need to have to hand your HMRC details and all of them at that!

You still need to provide relevant information to your accountants such as receipts, supplier invoices and statements.?

Without this information, your accountant can only do so much with the information they have...unfortunately, they don't mind readers and can't predict the future.?

So please make sure to take responsibility for your own business and provide the information when people need it!
