Hi there!
The sun is starting to shine and we have a marvellous month ahead at Lexxic with engaging events and activities taking place!
In May we're raising awareness of Mental Health Awareness Week (13th - 19th May) and the beginning of Tourette's Awareness Month (15th May - 15th of June). With Mental Health Awareness Week's 2024 theme of "Moving more for our mental health", we will be sharing stories on our social media channels from our Lexxic team on the activities that help them support their wellbeing and mental health.
We will also be exploring the importance of neuro-inclusive communication in organisations and the relationship between neurodiversity and mental health in two new events.
