Hi everyone, I’m back!

As you will have all noticed, I’ve not been on here for a while and there seems to be numerous stories out there as to what has happened to me, so I’m here to clear this up once and for all in the shortest way possible.

Some people think I’ve been in prison, some people think I’ve left the country, and some people think I’ve gone into hiding, I can confirm none of this is true and in fact the real reason why I have been no where to be seen, is because I’ve been battling depression, life hasn’t been great recently, and I will now begin to explain why.

You’ll all know I left Encon to attempt giving this a go on my own, however I ended up in a partnership with Nassar at AN Staffing, this turned out to be the worst decision of my life, and I will admit I have made some bad ones along the way. I couldn’t leave Encon when I left, and I wanted to stay and help them out of their troubles, but Nassar sold me the dream and this option sounded much better. As he had no recruitment experience at all we had an agreement in place that he would take less money, this never happened he matched the money I was having however as I had no access to the banking and found this out later.

I did let him dealing with some of my client, some of which are on this platform and as you well know he wasn’t cut for it, during the 2.5 years he was involved he only managed to bring on once client, which he still overtraded with despite being told several time, keep within the credit limits, long and behold this particular company went bust on us, which resulted in a ￡27k loss. After this had happed, we came to an agreement that he would deal with all the admin/payroll work, and I would stick to the client side of things. Due to the loss, we sustained I then grew the business by 90% in the space of 6 months to recoup these losses, regularly staying connected with Nassar to make sure he was ok with the payroll/admin duties and his response was “yes, send it all my way”.

At this point I was making life changing amounts of money but in the background, he was messing up again, I won’t go into too many details, but this resulted in a ￡76k credit back to a client as he was double paying workers and triple charging the clients at times, obviously to keep the peace with my client I had to front this bill as well. We then got investigated by HMRC again I won’t go into to many details but he wasn’t paying things correctly which resulted in a lack of trading history under the first directorship, and he also applied for gross status at the wrong time, this resulted in AN Staffing not being able to trade from September 2023.

Debt after debt followed due to his mistakes, but also my mistakes for not butting in sooner, I guess I was too naive, and I will openly admit I partially to blame as well as I should have tuck control a lot sooner. I tired my best to clear as many of the debts as I could, but it eventually got a point where I could no longer afford to do this and that’s when the depression got a lot worse, and I’ve had some very dark times over the last 5 months.

I am pleased to announce after a full investigation, my name has now been cleared and I have all the evidence to back this up. I will not post all the evidence on here directly, but should anyone want to have a look at this if they doubt anything I’ve said above and I will forward you the hard evidence. I did inform Nassar on Monday that I would be posting this at some point this week, as you can imagine he was pleading for me not to do this because it will out all his lies, he’s been telling my clients while trying to steal all my business even though he knew what demons I was battling in my head. He has said he will do a retaliation post about myself if I do post this, but I do have the message log saved and screenshotted but shows his response is simply out of spite, if he does reply to this, I will show the message trail to back myself up once again. The other evidence consists of the following:

• Phone recording of HMRC call confirming all issues were under the first directorship, everything I did when I tuck over was correct.
• Emails from clients confirming Nassar wasn’t up to scratch.
• Complaints from my factoring company saying he was upsetting the women in the way he speaks to them.
• Complaints from factoring company in relation to Nassar’s payroll being uploaded incorrectly as well as other admin duties gone wrong.
• HMRC letters confirming gross status was applied for at the wrong time.
• HMRC letters confirming he didn’t pay certain things.
• (anyone who doesn’t believe this, I can email the proof).

As I am now in clear, I would also like to announce I am back under my new company AMH Staffing Ltd but have partnered up with Allied Recruitment to go on a joint venture. Allied will be my back office and responsible for all timesheets/invoicing and day to day running of the business, I will solely be dealing with the client/sales side of things, which Is what I do best and when people were getting let down on the payment front previously, this will be handled by Allied moving forward who are a well established agency with all the experience under the sun.

I am aware I’ve let a lot of people down over the 12 months but now you know the full story, and I will give you my word I will make amends and will try rectifying any old debts the best I can while we get the new company off the ground. The clients and workers that I’ve spoken to briefly I would like to thank you for your understanding and continued support, I will give it everything until I’m back brilliant best. We will turn this around and I will regain everyone’s trust.
