HGinSIGHT JANUARY

From the Editor

Happy new year everyone and welcome to the first edition of HGinSIGHT.

Each new year gives us a moment to reflect on where we are at in life and the outcome may confirm we are where we want to be or indeed are ready for a change and open to fresh possibilities. Wherever you land with your reflections I truly wish you a great year ahead.

So, to fresh possibilities!

I am so delighted that our newest program, Next Generation Executive, gets underway in New Zealand next month with our first cohort of leaders. Designed by Christine Leahy, our Executive Director Leadership & Learning, in collaboration with our international partners, it will be ably delivered by Fiona Michel and Tu Williams, who combined bring contemporary leadership thinking and deep cultural expertise to the table. You can find out more in this month’s newsletter.

Enrollments will also get underway soon for a second cohort in NZ so why not reach out to David Hughes, HG’s National Manager, to explore the program or better still secure a spot.

Our flagship program, Chief Executive Sets / Executive Learning Sets, also gets underway next month, and incredibly this program is now into its 35th year! I strongly encourage you to reach out to our team sooner rather then later and sign yourself up as I have it on good authority there is a deal going for new members to celebrate this much loved programs key milestone.

This month I have especially enjoyed participating in client briefings across Australia and New Zealand for a diverse range of leadership roles we are bringing to the market on their behalf. Three exceptional roles are showcased and trust me, they really are exceptional as they create the opportunity to make a meaningful difference at a district, State and whole of country level.

Speaking of making a meaningful difference we also hear from our very own Rhodie Miller about her work in India in collaboration with Manav Sadhna and the Apollo Hospital Group. Rhodie will probably be a bit embarrassed that I say this but the work that she and her team do from fundraising to being on the group, this time in Tekra Slum, is truly inspirational.

Until next time please enjoy great reading.

Paul Ingle
