Societally it continues to be an interesting time as more and more people pay careful attention to what really matters. For some that is resulting in a reshaping of priorities as it relates to work or more to the point work-life balance and triggering an interesting ‘migratory’ shift.
Certainly, it has led many people to consider whether it’s time for a sea-change, a tree-change or for the more adventurous, an outback change.
In this month’s newsletter, we hear from Katrina Seng, the Regional Director Nursing Midwifery for the Country Health Service in Western Australia. Katrina's passion for primary health care, population health and rural communities is evident in her work where she has always strived to improve health outcomes for underserved communities.
Lynette Boerth, our Executive Director Search and Recruitment, shares her own thoughts on the opportunities associated with working in rural and remote communities and brings to your attention a number of fantastic career opportunities in Western Australia.
