HFW boosts talent acquisition for Partner firms with second recruiter

ST. LOUIS – The HFW Companies (HFW) has announced the addition of a second talent acquisition business partner to tackle the hiring needs of the firm’s expanding HFW Partner Network.

?HFW, a fast-growing professional services firm with a national focus on the architecture and engineering industry (AE), has hired Avery Vaughn, CIR, PRC, an experienced recruiter with experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments spanning engineering, health care, information technology, manufacturing, finance, and executive leadership.

Vaughn, based in Kansas City, Mo., will focus largely on identifying and securing top talent for CRANSTON, an Augusta, Ga.-based civil/structural engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying, along with civil engineering firms HSQ Group and Miller Legg and architecture firms INVISION and GastingerWalker&.
