HFE Culture

I am a strong believer in being part of an Organization that is based on a Culture of Trust, Respect and Delegation. In my current role at Hero Future Energies, I want to ensure that all Team Members are equal stakeholders in building such a Culture, one that we can all build together. Towards this end, we have developed concepts that we will align ourselves with, to ensure that all our people feel part of such an Organizational Culture in the same manner, no matter their role or designation.

Building on this Culture of Trust, Respect and Delegation, we have now introduced a ‘Work from Anywhere’ and ‘Flexible Working Hours’ Policy.

A system where your performance matters to HFE, not where and when you work. We trust our team members and rely on them to do the right thing every day.

This approach has undoubtedly been catalyzed by a COVID constrained world, and now represents a permanent change for us, one that we will retain even in the post-COVID world.

Let us take pride in our work, being problem-solvers and being part of a team where:

  • We will Change with the WorldStay one step ahead
  • We will be Self-disciplined and Self-motivated Focus on Productivity & Performance
  • We will be Responsible and AccountableFor all our actions
  • We will be ProfessionalStick to our commitments
  • We will treat everyone with Respect - Always
  • We will make Timely DecisionsNot avoid issues/ delay decisions
  • We will use our JudgementAlways act in HFE’s best interest
  • We will Focus on “What is Right” not “Who is Right

Kudos! Its a great value system. To me among all, Mutual "Trust" is most important. It is a very rare commodity in organizations/ teams. Members expect leaders to be open to their criticism/ feed back . Irrespective of level of assurances, they are afraid in speaking up. Leaders on the other hand wish to be respected and accepted but doubt the sincerity and intentions of their teams. #WFH has furthered aggravated this mistrust as people are not able to see each other in person and engage with each other for other than official matters. Such moves are welcome in these challenging times.
