#HeyCentrient, how do you help people reach their full potential?

Hi, I’m Montse Padró , Global Quality Programme Lead at Centrient’s Santa Perpètua site in Spain. I’ve been working at Centrient Pharmaceuticals for over 16 years, and I can safely say that we’re committed to giving people an exciting range of growth opportunities within the organisation. During my time here, I’ve worked in four different departments already, and I still feel just as passionate about my job as the day I started. It’s been a hugely rewarding journey so far in terms of the skills and knowledge I’ve gained and the amazing people I’ve met along the way!

Through my experience in functions such as Technology and Sustainability, Production and Quality, I’ve been able to achieve a much more holistic view of the business – which is a huge advantage in my current role. Along the way, I’ve also benefited from development opportunities such as the CEO Mentoring Programme. This really boosted my confidence and helped push me to take on new challenges, even when I wasn’t sure of myself at first. I feel lucky to work for a company that gives me so much room to explore, learn and grow!
