2022 has been a year of substantial growth for us and continues to evolve with significant changes ahead. Virtue Built (VB), known by many as Back Porch Homes, recently opened a new factory in Riverside, CA on twelve (12) acres with approximately 160,000 square feet of facility space. We are so proud of what the VB team has been able to accomplish by establishing an up and running plant with three (3) concurrent production lines to produce both ANSI and HUD homes. Not to mention, it has been almost 40 years since a new HUD factory has been opened.

The VB Management Team has grown with the addition of key individuals bringing with them industry expertise and experience from Clayton Homes, Fleetwood Homes, Hallmark Southwest, and Champion-Skyline Homes. VB Management brings over 366 years of combined talent in the areas of Engineering, Production, Sales, Marketing and Purchasing. In addition to management talent, VB is very fortunate to have attracted and established a full-size quality production team of ANSI & HUD industry experienced carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc. to build quality homes in our factory.

To bring you up to date with our growth we added Park Models in December (2021) and in May (2022) launched our HUD manufactured home single section production line with the continued success of our original high quality Tiny Homes. VB will launch double wide homes . . . AUGUST (2022) and we are taking orders NOW!
