  • The specialized sales model (BDR, AE, AM) severely stunts the growth of sales professionals because it takes a long-time to become well-rounded.
  • Reps should ingest data & ideas then A/B split test to determine which practices work for them individually.
  • Don't complain that your company does not teach you enough. There is so much amazing free content out there. Set time on your calendar to consume content each day then commit to testing and applying what you learn.
