New Features?

Pause automatic reminders to references??

At Refapp, we love automatic reminders. They make work easier, but sometimes, they are simply not needed. Maybe the reference is on vacation for a few days, or you don't want to bother them during a holiday? No problem! With our new update, you can easily pause reminders for individual references directly on the reference card.

Duplicate questions in the form builder

Ever wanted to be able to copy and paste questions in Refapp? Yes! When duplicating e.g. scale questions, all settings such as labels, follow-up questions and required fields will be transferred to the next question! Pretty handy, isn't it?

Add custom text to phone call cancellation emails????

Sometimes, the calendar gets jammed, and you need to cancel a reference call. Now, you can add your own text and a nice touch to the email sent to the reference.

Choose which reference relationship types to display as options for the candidate

You can now choose which relationship types to make available to the candidate when entering his or her references. This allows you to guide the candidate in entering references that you want to include in the process, such as managers or clients.

More sorting and filtering options in the forms list ?

To make it easier to navigate the list of available forms, there are more options for filtering and sorting, such as based on the template owner and when the form was last modified.

Clearer in the reference report when a recruiter has noted the answers

Do you work with external recruitment? By popular demand, we have adjusted the communication in the reference report shared via link or PDF. If a recruiter have recorded responses via a phone call, that will be shown, but no longer with the name of the recruiter who made the call.
