Hey Nonprofits: Want to Know What Your Donors Think About Giving and the Economy?

Hey Nonprofits: Want to Know What Your Donors Think About Giving and the Economy?

With the ongoing economic uncertainties and the significant political landscape changes leading up to the 2024 election, we recognize that many nonprofits are facing challenges in donor engagement and giving.

Each year, we survey donors known to you and other nonprofits to gauge how these factors are likely to influence charitable giving. Our aim is to provide you with valuable insights to help you effectively engage with your donors and solicit gifts amidst these shifting dynamics.

How the Survey Works

We ask you to sign up for our donor insight study below, then we will send you a link for your donors to complete the survey.

  • The survey is open now through October 28, 2024.
  • You maintain control of donors’ names, contact information and privacy.
  • The survey is anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
  • You send the survey invitations at a time that fits into your other donor communications for maximum flexibility.
  • DickersonBakker covers all other costs of the survey—drafting the questionnaire, collecting, analyzing the data and writing a report of findings.
  • Questions will answer strategic questions and provide actionable data.
  • We will write a report with key findings and recommendations for you.
  • If your organization contributes 100 or more respondents to the survey, we will send you a summary of your donors’ data.?

The results are in from our 2024 Nonprofit Leader's Study!

Discover what nonprofit leaders are saying about change in our new report, "2024 Nonprofit Leader Study, Exploring Change Management in the Nonprofit Sector."

Each year DickersonBakker focuses our research study on a relevant theme prominent in the nonprofit sector. This year we explored barriers to change - a topic that gets much attention but is frequently misunderstood.

Our goal is to understand the reasons behind this lack of change and to explore how you and your teams initiate, manage, and integrate changes within your organizations.

  • Barriers to Change: Explore the real reasons behind stagnation and resistance to innovation in nonprofits.
  • Initiating Change: Gain strategies on how to kickstart transformative initiatives within your organization.
  • Managing Change: Learn effective methods to navigate transitions and ensure smooth integration of new ideas.
  • Staffing Challenges: Understand common staffing issues and how they impact organizational growth.

This important study of perceptions about change in the nonprofit sector is already helping to shape strategy and change leadership efforts for dozens of global and local ministries and other nonprofits. If your organization is facing important changes (and who of us isn't these days!), you need to download this study. The insights and recommendations you gain from this could have a massive impact on your future growth!

This is fantastic! ?? The 2024 Nonprofit Leadership Study sounds like a must-read, especially with its focus on change leadership and the perception gaps between C-suite and frontline employees.
