1. In all the things you endeavor to do... all of the accomplishments you desire to achieve... you cannot forget to BE! Do not simply have a long list of TASKS that you have completed in this life. Make sure you can recall the lessons learned, the mindset shift, the new appreciation and the joy it all brought to feed and grow who you are in the universe. Let’s not use drive and ambition to simply check off the list of things our parents, teachers, pastors and other influencers set before us at a young age, that dictates a successful life in their eyes. We are never too young or old to learn the value of BEING! Be bold, Be brilliant, Be illuminating, Be beautiful... BE YOU!! ??
2. What pushes you from healthy to unhealthy behaviors? What triggers bring out the worst characteristics in you? Can you recognize them when they show up? Taking time to self assess in moments of mood swings, or attitude changes will give you a deeper understanding of how or why you always react the way you do. Having the ability to understand yourself, will enable you to verbalize boundaries without imposing negative emotions into the space. Never compromise on what you believe to be true for yourself, but knowing what is true strengthens your voice without the need to elevate your voice. ??
