I was recently reminded of this famous question from the movie 'Runaway Bride'. In the movie, Maggie (played by Julia Roberts) is so lost that she doesn't even know how she likes her own eggs. :( As a leader do you know how you like yours? Do you know your personal values and beliefs? Your 'why'? Leaders worth following have a deep connection with their values and act in a way that is consistent with them every single day. How awesome to be able to lead with your values as your compass!!
