Most people are aware that the first American in space was Al Shepard. They also know that Shepard commanded Apollo 14, which landed on the Moon in 1971. There is a stunning bronze of Shepard at the entrance to the Astronaut Hall of Fame, located in the Kennedy Space Center.
Al Shepard - A true American Hero.
Jeff Bezos, you are also a true American Hero. Kudos for your amazing accomplishments. You may be aware that the daughters of Al Shepard, often referred to as "the Shepard Girls," are also intrepid adventurers AND living legends.
I humbly suggest that one of those Shepard Girls should be on the launch of your NEW SHEPARD rocket! ...after all, you did name it after their dad. Two famous and historic women will help steal the thunder back from Sir Richard.
