Do you feel that working at AGC aligns with your personal values and career goals? How?

Yes. AGC has consistently lived by the values of malasakit, integrity, customer centricity, innovation and frugality. These 5 were my guiding principles for the last 8 years that I have been with the organization. AGC has taught me to give my all in all my battles in the work field and as the same time balanced my personal beliefs and well-being. I have progressively grown to be the best version of myself. Ensuring that my values are aligned and aspirations are achieved.

Can you give an example of how your work at AGC has positively impacted the community or Filipino businesses' competitiveness?

AGC has given me the privilege and opportunity to lead. These enabled me to define the true meaning of service in my life. Through the years, it remained true and genuine to its commitment to improve the lives of the Filipinos. In turn, my work has allowed me to seek and give jobs, livelihood, and hope to the people. The projects we are leading enabled us to made a difference in the lives of our workforce. We lead by service and it is the people who are always in the heart of what we do.

How does AGC help you balance your daily work and personal engagements?

AGC allows me to prioritize my goals and teaches me to value what is most important in life. Our leaders in AGC are guiding us with care, trust and empathy. These values which allowed me and us to find balance in life.

How does AGC support your personal and professional growth?

AGC commits to holistic growth especially for its emerging leaders. I am blessed to have been part of ABSI’s service delivery team. This gave me a reason to aspire and to dream. In turn, AGC promotes excellence, continuous improvement, and commitment for growth and development.

In what ways does AGC prioritize the well-being and happiness of its employees?

AGC advocates employee engagement and execution of well-planned employee programs. This way, they made the employees feel that they are well taken cared of. AGC also believes in training and development which gives opportunity for continuous development.

How do you see AGC's values and purpose reflected in the work that you do?

Service and Commitment. AGC believes in providing excellent work and dedication in everything that it does. We hold the same principles and values in service delivery. We affirm what AGC is known for and respected for.
