One of the major highlights was Hexnode Genie, the newest addition to the Hexnode UEM portal. But this isn’t just another chatbot.? It's a powerful scripting tool that leverages AI to automate the creation of custom PowerShell, Bash, Shell, or Python scripts for various devices, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. By understanding natural language prompts, Hexnode Genie can generate scripts tailored to specific use cases, eliminating the need for in-depth scripting knowledge and making it accessible to a wider range of IT professionals.?

On the automation front, Hexnode's Deployments feature streamlines device management by automating routine tasks, such as device updates, identification of inactive devices, and locking of non-compliant ones. With just a few clicks, admins can ensure that devices are always up to date with the latest software and security patches, identify and manage devices that are no longer in use, and enforce compliance with security policies by automatically locking devices that violate predefined rules. This level of automation not only reduces manual effort but also helps maintain a secure and compliant device environment, ultimately improving overall security posture.?

Furthermore, the Custom Reports feature empowers IT admins to gain deeper insights into their device environment. By creating personalized reports, scheduling automated runs, and sharing results effortlessly, admins can monitor device health, analyze usage patterns, and assess security posture thus enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive maintenance.?

Expanding the Hexnode Universe?

The future of endpoint management is becoming more diverse. We have expanded our reach beyond traditional platforms expanding the Hexnode ecosystem to encompass devices running Linux, ChromeOS, and Apple Vision OS. This strategic move builds upon our existing compatibility with Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, tvOS, and Fire OS, enabling organizations to manage an increasingly diverse set of devices from a single interface.???

Following the success of Hexnode Gateway for macOS, we have now expanded it to Windows, making it possible to seamlessly transfer managed or partially managed Windows devices from another MDM to Hexnode, guaranteeing a secure and hassle-free transition.?

Streamlined Management for MSPs?

Hexnode isn't just about empowering internal IT teams; we're also committed to supporting our valued partners as well. Our new MSP portal is a dedicated platform explicitly designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), simplifying customer management from a single, unified platform. This intuitive interface can streamline workflows, effortlessly manage and monitor multiple customers, and provide exceptional support – all within the portal.??

Following Apu's inspiring keynote, Rachana Vijayan, Hexnode's CMO, took over the stage to highlight how the sense of belonging has been a driving force behind Hexnode's success. She passionately expressed just how valuable user feedback has been in shaping Hexnode’s offerings.?
