Speed is the time rate at which an object is moving along a path, while velocity is the rate and direction of an object’s movement.

Direction, yes is the most important & necessary to succeed in whatever you want in your life. Keeping this in mind I have designed 6 aspects/ pillars in life which will help give direction in setting up your goal. I assure you that in this chapter you will discover a new way to live life.? This exercise will give meaning to your life with appropriate directions.??

*External Factors: - Network of the people you have, Mindset of people around you and in your circle you choose to be, Leaders you choose to live with, what vision you have to contribute to others' lives, the Ecosystem of ideas, innovations, the creativity you create around you.

??*Internal Factors: - Will power, Perseverance, GRIT, Dedication, Crystal clear focus, and cheerfulness.

• Personal Goal: - It should connect you with joy & perkiness. That Goal inspires you to get up early in the morning without any alarm. If you love to dance, decide the time frame to spend only on it. Practice every move by a minimum of 10 thousand times. Keep your focus on health, must have healthy food, drink more water, and Get quality sleep daily.? Personal goals can be being fit or grooming one’s personality. Learn new skills, develop your network, etc. So first decide how people should see you. The way you lead life, kindness, humbleness for others, and the way you spread it wherever you go.
• Spiritual Goal: - It is something supernatural. Because it directly connects you with peace, and the divine to gain wisdom. It means that you need to align yourself with nature and the all-natural power which exists on this planet. It helps you to be calm in difficult situations and increases your awareness. A spiritual goal can be to meditate yourself, follow the circadian rhythm, and believe in the superpower of GOD, your prayers are so powerful they can heal any wound.

*External Factors: - Mindset of people around you and in your circle you choose to be, Leaders you choose to live with, what vision you have to contribute to others' life, the Ecosystem of ideas, innovations, and creativity you create around you.

• Professional goal: - It’s about your professionalism & discipline for the same. You become a specialist in Dance, Engineering, Medical Writing, Entrepreneurial, Sports, and singing anything you chose to be. It’s all about what you would like to become in your career.?
• Team Goal: - Do you believe that you need people with the same mindset in your success journey? Yes, we need them. As mentioned earlier,it is the process to build a team with the same mindset, beliefs, and skill set to achieve what you want from your life. Write down the name or find out such people who can help you to achieve your goal.
• Organizational Goal: - Organizational goals depend on the Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives,s and quality management system of organizations. It relies on recruiting the right candidate, solving customer problems, eliminating wastage, and continual improvement and excellence in the quality of products & service.?
• Social Goal: - Exists to contribute to others. That mindset will create an impact on society. They stand for the causes which bring positive change in society. Social values are always greater than professional values because they connect you with different kinds of people.

?Special Note: - I must see your every goal from a helicopter view. It means that your goal creates an impact on millions of people's lives. Because when you start to see a wider view, all your 6 pillars, small obstacles & excuses won’t distract you from your vision, dream, and goals.
