Hesitation

Triple Espresso:

Hesitation steals Dreams.

Procrastination robs Purpose.

Over thinking thieves Potential.

So many people I interact with live in "someday."

Leaders make quick decisions for they realize that time is of the essence and they DON'T "have it."

You think you have time?

Think again.

Time has you.

I recall coaching a group in the past and encouraging them to make a commitment. 

One individual replied, "I think I just need more references.'

Here we are few months later and so-called references are still being sought. But no commitment has been fulfilled.

Two others made "commitments" but no action has been taken (or at least not ENOUGH action, or not the RIGHT action) and here we are few months later with no results to be shown. Commitment broken. Word broken.

Let me promise, if you can't keep the commitments you make to yourself and others than HOW can you expect the powers that run this Universe to take you seriously and keep their commitment to you?

You can't.

Then there were several others who made no commitment AT ALL. Wearing their lack of Self-Confidence like a neon sign. 

"I'd rather not commit to something because I DON'T BELIEVE IN MYSELF ENOUGH to do what it takes."

Which person are you?
