For one VERY simple reason…
There’s NO WAY we will have a shot at fulfilling our Mission to help create a world in which 51% of humanity is flourishing by 2051 unless YOU (YES, YOU!! ??!!!) are showing up as the most activated, HEROICALLY ELITE version of yourself. Period.?
Now…
I’m very proud of our Heroic Coach certification program and our Heroic app.?
Both have been scientifically studied by one of THE best labs in the world.?
And…
Both have been proven to change lives.?
But…
The Coach program is 300 days long and is geared toward people who want to get certified by us/who want the FULL, DEEP DIVE into ALL the best ancient wisdom, modern science and practical tools we have to move from theory to practice to mastery over that extended period of time.?
To be blunt: Although life-changing, it’s not for everyone. ??
Then…
We have the app. I’m equally proud of that and we KNOW it works if you work it. (Always the most important variable. ??!)
But…
It can be a little light on helping you get FULLY activated.?
So…
We’ve known for a long time that we have a bit of a gap in our training programs/product offerings. ?
And…
That’s where Heroic Elite comes in.?
Imagine a 101-day program.?
SUPER INTENSE.?
SUPER PRACTICAL.?

SUPER RESULTS-ORIENTED!!
Basically all the best stuff plus my/our latest thinking distilled into a 101-day program featuring me, Michael, and Alexandra going ALL IN on helping you CLOSE THE GAP and activate your Heroic potential so we can make 2025 THE greatest year of your life.?
We’re going to do things like take some Day 0 baseline tests including our standard “How energized, productive, and connected do you feel?!?” measures that we basically ALWAYS significantly improve.?
And…
We’re going to encourage you to get blood work done (time to optimize!), get your body fat composition tested (time to optimize!), get your VO2 max tested (time to go ELITE Peter Attia style!), and, of course see if your waist-to-height ratio is <.5.?

I say this with love…
And with a deliberate dose of metaphorical hyperbole…
If your waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) ISN’T <.5, you need to know that you are a WALKING, TICKING TIME BOMB. ?? ??
Quick context…
In that +1 I give an example, “For example, I’m 6 feet tall. That’s 72 inches. My waist can be up to 36 inches to pass the <.5 test. It’s 32 or so.”
What’s it for you?
Now…
There’s a reason why that simple measurement is THE #1 predictor of your morbidity.?
To be direct (again, with love! ??): If your WHtR is >.5, that means you are almost certainly carrying excess visceral fat which is dangerous. It also means that you are almost certainly metabolically unhealthy—which means that your energy is probably not great and your sense of joy and enthusiasm for life is also probably not consistently great.?
Why does all that matter?

This highlights the critical importance of helping people truly understand the dangers of visceral fat.
“Optimize changed my life and business, and now an injury (again) sidelined me for over a year and I have gained weight, this comes at the perfect time after getting cleared to resume activity.”
This one makes it clear how important it is people REALLY get how dangerous visceral fat is…
“Waist ratio makes me ticking time bomb?”
The answer is: “Depends on where you’re at! <.5 = NO. >.5 = probably. >.55 or .6 = ALMOST CERTAINLY.”
