Hero outside and Zero at home?

A rare piece of advice from a dad to the daddies out there.

"In his lecture, Jason Wong said that a father’s involvement in his children’s lives can have numerous positive impacts, from a higher chance of academic success, to lower rates of substance abuse and greater pro-social behaviour."

How a father treats his child, especially boys, could have enormous impact on the child.

Reason being that boys see their fathers as role models and aimed to emulate their fathers when they grow up.

If the boy was abused by his father since young (especially mentally), through either confinement or being neglected; may result in continuous erosion of self esteem.

The child may grow up feeling that he don't deserve being loved and that can transpire to not being able to love others too.

Such behaviours evolve into a 'self-sabotage' mindset which resides deeply in his subconsious mind.

There are many men who are successful in their businesses or careers but failed badly in their personal lives; and of course vice versa as well.

In my line of work, I help clients overcome self-sabotaging mindsets through refining their subconscious minds.

Unfortunately, many people refuse to admit they have self-sabotaging mindsets as it's always hard to confront your own Subconscious mind.

The most valuable piece of advice from Jason, from a man to the men out there, is to: “Concentrate on these three (refer to the article in the link below) and everything will be in order. The home will be in order, our work, our career, will all be in order.”
