Back in college, I enjoyed listening to some outstanding English bands. One of my favourite bands used to be One Republic. Their first album, Dreaming Out Loud, still brings back memories.
?One of the songs on the album is called Goodbye Apathy.
Apathy is "the feeling of not being interested in or enthusiastic about anything."
When we are depressed, this is the feeling everyone feels. But apathy must be sent away. It is a state of letting the world punch again and again and getting comfortable with the punches.
Saying Goodbye Apathy really means to stand up and fight inaction. So be up an doing with a heart for any fate.

Listen and learn:
Ali talks about these superb books. You will learn something that is not so mainstream.
?Communication:
One tip to improve communication that is overlooked is watching stand-up comedies.
Watching stand-up comedies can significantly enhance communication skills in the following ways:
Lightening the Mood: Stand-up comedians often use humour to engage their audience. By watching them, we can learn how to use humour effectively to make our conversations more engaging and enjoyable.
Understanding the Audience: Comedians tailor their content based on their audience. This teaches us the importance of understanding our audience in communication and ensuring our message is relevant and well-received.
Truth-Telling: Comedians often highlight truths about the human condition in their routines. This can help us learn to communicate more honestly and authentically, fostering deeper connections with others.
Storytelling: Stand-up routines often involve storytelling, which is a powerful communication tool. It can help us learn how to construct and deliver stories effectively, making our communication more compelling.
Bonding and Openness: Watching stand-up comedy with others can lead to shared laughter and enjoyment, creating a relaxed atmosphere that encourages open and honest communication.
Worthy Reading:
If you want to enjoy a short but enjoyable read, give Little Women a short. A beautiful classic. I keep going back to the characters, and I resonate with Jo March. ( Writer connects)

What did I learn this week?
Write about your day in just one or two sentences. It is like a short version of your day, a strand of memory.
?Just reading that line will burst open the memories.
Try it.
