Here, in the hermitage in the forest, we continue our journey into Monastic Lent (Sept. 14, 2024 through April 20. 2025). This represents the space between the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and the Resurrection of Our Lord.

In this wide-ranging space and time, we confess our sins and open ourselves to God for healing and illumination. God is the source of the Resurrection Light, and we are partakers of this light, as we travel the monastic path.

This is the pathway forward. Let us embark with good cheer, faith, hope, and love.

Jesus is Lord. This we confess and live by. May all receive the blessings of God.

Let peace be your quest and aim.
