The Vignoble des Agaises, located in Wallonia, was the first vineyard exclusively planted for sparkling wine production since 2002. With over 35 hectares, it is now the largest producer of sparkling wines in Belgium. Ruffus cuvées are internationally renowned for their aromatic finesse and exceptional minerality, derived from the chalky soils of the terroir. Ruffus wines are featured on the menus of the finest restaurants in the country, though the bottles are often hard to find due to their popularity.

The Domaine du Chant d'Eole was established in 2010 through a collaboration between a renowned Champagne family and the Belgian Ewbank family of farmers. This vineyard, the largest in Belgium with its 52 hectares of vines, has experienced rapid and diverse development. In addition to wine production, the estate has opened two restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Impératif d'Eole in 2024. The estate also offers tours and tastings for sparkling wine enthusiasts.
