  1. Connect with 3 leaders in real estate. Offer assistance in exchange for experience.Why 3? Because you need options. Each leader has a different approach, and you want to find the one that resonates with you.
  2. Ask them the right questionsHow can I serve you?What do you want in your business?What does success look like if we work together?
  3. Document your agreement Get it in writing. This isn't just about protection – it's about clarity. It's about knowing exactly what's expected of you, and what you can expect in return. And when you're documenting that agreement? Make sure it includes: Your daily duties (what exactly you'll be doing)What success looks like (is it finding a deal? Setting up meetings?)Your 90-day objective (what's the big goal you're working towards?)How you'll get paid (because yes, you WILL get paid)
  4. Set an alarm for 18 minutes of focused work per day Why 18 minutes? Because that's the sweet spot. It's long enough to make progress, but short enough that you can't make excuses.

Now, let me break this down even further.

When you're talking to those leaders, you're not just looking for a mentor…

You're looking for a partner – someone who needs what you can offer.

Maybe they need someone to find deals… Maybe they need help with social media… Maybe they need someone to talk to potential sellers…

Whatever it is, that's your in.

That's how you provide value from day one, even with zero experience.

Now, here's the magic sauce:

Do this for 18 minutes a day, every day, for 90 days straight.

I know it doesn't sound like much. But here's the thing:

In 3 months, doing something for 18 minutes a day will make you better than 95% of people at that thing.
