Here's your fastest path to cash

Your quickest path to cash is to understand that people don’t buy products or services, they buy results.

Being clear on the results that you get, and who you get them for, is where you start.

Next up, shorten the value cycle. Long cycle selling is only sustainable for those with lots of time and money to fund it.

Example of long cycle: 90 minute live webinar followed by a pitch at the end and email marketing that goes until the end of time.

Is it possible to make money with this approach? Yes.. it is.

Here’s some issues with it however.. if it’s date and time (live) then you’re going to lose easily 50% of sign-ups right away. They think they’ll make it, but they won’t.

You’ll lose a huge chunk pre-sign up because they already know they won’t make it.

You’ll lose another chunk, easily 20%, that won’t stay long enough to hear your offer.

So how do you shorten it?

Give the most value possible in a 5-minute video (10 if it’s pure gold), prerecorded.

No date and time, instant access, like they’re used to with everything else on earth these days (Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, etc don’t make you wait).

The video should prove you’re credible, should deliver actionable information AND should give them a reason to reach out and chat with you.

Chat.. yes… chat.

I typically start my videos by saying something like "If you have ANY questions at all while watching this short video, just hit pause, and chat with me or my team by clicking the little chat bubble that's popped up."

Chat is the step generally before someone is willing to book a call and can be the reason they book a call at all.

By not having it someone my watch the video and just move on.

Host the video on a landing page and have a chat software on the page and connected to your phone or someone on your team's phone.

Drift has a free option that works great.

Start with your warm audience first to test everything and then move to cold traffic with a portion of the cash you bring in.
