1. Chatbot Assistance for MoPR Users: Develop a multilingual chatbot interface to assist users in 22 regional languages, enhancing interaction and support for the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.
2. Conversion of FAQs Section: Translate and present the FAQs section of a website into 22 Indian scheduled languages, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for users.
3. Voice-to-Text Complaint Handling: Automate the handling of customer complaints by converting voice messages into text and categorizing them accurately into relevant types and subtypes through AI/ML.
4. Video-to-Text Complaint Analysis: Automate the analysis of customer complaints submitted in video format by converting spoken content into textual information and categorizing them using AI/ML.
5. CDSS in Multiple Indian Languages: Develop versions of Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) in multiple Indian languages to enhance accessibility and usability within the digital health ecosystem.
