Here's Why Stress is Bad for Your Body and Body

Stress has been an inseparable part of all our lives at a time or another. Sometimes it smashed our heads with high intensity, and the other times, it was just there, hibernated. 

It is the information age we are living it. Therefore, extensively weeding out stress from our lives is next to impossible. Feeling stressed out is not better than suffering from disease especially if it becomes chronic.

After comprehending the effects of stress on your physical and mental well-being, you can easily conclude that it might actually be worse than some health conditions. Once a person gets hit by a powerful and stubborn wave of stress, his cognition, immune function, brain health, and even the digestion systems axiomatically get pushed into a state of jeopardy.

And the immune system becomes virtually paralyzed to save you against viruses or bacterial attacks. 

3) Depression

Depression and stress are two brothers from one mother. Whenever they visit a place (your brain) they go together. The bond between them is unbreakable. High stress decreases the level of serotonin and dopamine hormones while it substantially raises the level of cortisol. Hence, depression follows as a wolf at the door. 

It is clear to our eyes that the COVID-19 pandemic announced the ultimate hive where the stingers of stress can live and thrive. Many people around the world are having stress meltdown and depression attacks. It has become very important to counter when stress hits you in the first place.
