How many times do you log into Facebook?

5? 10? Perhaps just once a day? Well, the fact is, social media is here to stay. While Facebook may have lost some of its fans to other social platforms, it still remains to be a very useful site for brands. 

The addition of Facebook stories is a great way to reach audiences, especially when you consider how the company is changing their algorithm for posts, every second of the day. For those wondering what this feature represents, start by logging into your account. The square ish thing that you see prominently at the top of your feed, is your Facebook stories.

However, what benefit does this addition bring for brands? Facebook stories enables businesses to gain more eyeballs on their post. The counterargument to this, is how Facebook stories do not get as many clicks as Instagram stories. That’s true. But, does posting a Facebook story hurt your business? Not one bit.

Picture this, you’ve over 100 friends who are posting updates on their personal accounts. So every time you log in, you’ve a massive amount of content to consume.

Facebook is always redesigning the look on its feed and it has had multiple facelifts in the past. You may never get this free visibility in the future if they change the placement of stories on its app.
