Here's what I don't do...

I think what you say 'no' to is as important as what you say 'yes' to.

It' s as important to let people know what you don't offer as it is to be crystal clear about what you do offer.

I recently had a virtual coffee catchup with one of my LinkedIn contacts and he commented that when he saw that I was a 'Launch Strategist' he thought that my approach was similar to Jeff Walkers 'Product Launch Formula (PLF) or Danielle Leslie's 'Course Launch in 60 Days' program'.

In fact, my 6P Launch Framework is completely different to those mentioned above and is aimed at a very different audience. So I thought it would be helpful to let you know what I don't do.

What I don't do

  1. I don't work on launches for books, courses or online programs unless they are part of a wider project launch.
  2. I don't work on projects that are solely about generating short-term profit e.g. an online shop to generate income in the short-term.
  3. I don't work with business owners or corporate leaders who aren't focused on legacy and long-term success.

My clients tend to be between 35 and 55 have achieved a degree of success in their professional careers and are now ready to launch a significant project that is about establishing their personal legacy or the legacy of their organisation.

Increasingly, I'm realising that unless we are crystal clear in our communication about what we do and don't do, we leave our customers and prospects to make their own assumptions about our brands and businesses that are often incorrect.

But before you can communicate clearly you first have to have clarity. So if you are planning to launch a legacy-driven project that is about long-term success, commercial success over the long-term and a mission that is close to your heart, join me this Thursday for my live webinar it's time to launch.

It will certainly help give you the clarity that you need to move forward.

Absolutely Katrina, it can save so much time and set expectations from the start. Great for building respect too.
