Something for the eyes...

In light of our recent Sustainability Congress (which was hugely successful!) we are constantly thinking of how we can make our events more sustainable across the board. There are many changes that we have already made such as using plantable name tags, using refillable glass water bottles, being paperless, no single use plastics. Although people are becoming more conscious, one of the biggest threats to our planet is still plastic but New Zealand have recently banned use of thin plastic bags which is set to reduce waste by 150 million bags per year! Russell Brand is very much a marmite character yet the way he views the world fascinates so many people. In his recent interview with Stephen Barlett, he opens up about his past troubles and what he does now to keep a healthy mind and body. Something for the soul...

Have you ever had the feeling of regret, something that has sat with you for a long time and you can't stop thinking about it.
