Something for the eyes...

Even though we are always told it's the first sign of madness, we are all still guilty of talking to ourselves, whether it be out loud and proud or using our inside voices. But what happens when the voice starts to dominate and we find it hard to silence? Ethan Kross explores and explains how we can harness this and perhaps start having the most important conversations of our lives, this book is highly recommended and will teach you how to educate, motivate and learn from yourself.

Something for the ears...

Matthew Syed is an author and highly acclaimed speaker. In this episode he talks about his children and how they should be exposed to examples of authentic success and set backs. Something to inspire you...

One of our UK attendees, Andrew Curtis will embark on a mission of a life time this December when his team set off on "The World's Toughest Row". Different teams will be competing against each other to row 3'000 miles, unsupported from the Canary Islands to Antigua. All with the aim to raise awareness and funds for charities close to their hearts. They are doing this to raise funds for two wildlife conservation charities – Tusk and Blue Marine Foundation.
