This week we are fresh back from our North America congress which was a huge success and the best way to kick off our 2023 calendar! The topics delivered and conversations had were first class and we fully enjoyed every second. One thing we all strive for is happiness, whether that be in work, relationships, friendships, the list goes on. We all think we know the success for happiness and it's the practise which takes work but Dr Laurie Santos explores this further through the history of happiness. Her podcast The Happiness Lab looks at how we can find happiness in alternative ways, a very worth while listen.

Something for the soul...

Today is the first day of spring, meaning lighter nights and warmer days are coming. We all know getting out in the fresh air helps fuel creativity and re-focuses the mind so the more time we can spend out there the better we will be!
