Something for the eyes...

A new apartment block being constructed in Utrecht will be covered in 10,000 trees and plants and on completion in 2024 will emit 41 tonnes of oxygen annually. Not only will it look visually pleasing but it will also be a great way to inject nature back into a city environment and massively benefit the areas microclimate. She helps you to understand how to be kinder to yourself, let go of what isn't needed and become a better version. On this episode she talks about Clearing Space and when you feel ready to do so. Something for the soul...

This gorgeous little store in Cumbria is paving a new way for how we shop. Instead of paying with money, shoppers are being asked to pay in time, the people who shop here will be spending time volunteering for the charities close to the shops heart. We think this is an amazing idea and really highlights the importance of giving back to the community. Read the full article here...
