Here's The Plan

I've been getting a lot of questions about how I actually plan to make a million dollars this year.

In my opinion, the manifestation component is WAY more important. But that feels a little woo-woo for most people : ) So let's talk about the strategy.

And I'll be honest, even for those of you who are keeping up with these posts nightly, my thoughts are a bit all over the place. But the plan is also evolving over time and will continue to do so. That's me letting go and letting the universe take the wheel...

But the truth is, the plan IS a bit all over the place.

A lot of it's in my head. Bits and pieces are sprinkled across several documents throughout my Google Drive, within these posts, scraps of paper on my desk, and other various places : )

My coach, Matthew Biggar , challenged me to consolidate all of this into a one-page plan. So I figured, why not get that started here?

I've spent the past month getting everything lined up - my content, my sales process, my products and services, everything. I've got so much more to build and do along the way, but the machine is now ready to turn on.

Let's break it down

It's complicated and intertwined but I'll try and make it as succinct as possible. Each part of the process has several goals that impact other areas of the business. That's designed purposefully to streamline and maximize everything I do.

  1. I've made a list of influencers, celebrities, whatever you want to call them - effectively people who inspire me and I aspire to be like.
  2. As I consume their content, I will use that to make my own and tag them in it when I post.
  3. This will help establish an initial relationship with them and bonus reach if they choose to engage with it. Turning content into conversations is a core component of the framework I teach in my course and coaching programs.
  4. Conversations lead to collaboration opportunities - my goal is to have them on my podcast and/or guest on their show. A single post from some of the people on this list can get me more reach than I'd be able to get alone this entire year.
  5. I'll snowball that into more influential collaborations compounding my reach on LinkedIn with the ultimate goal of driving course sales.
  6. I will run workshops with the people who are purchasing my course to continue to improve my framework and products. Additionally, it will create higher-quality leads for my coaching programs.
  7. As I continue to compound reach, collect more social proof, and improve my programs, this snowballs into hockey stick-like revenue growth.

That's about it in its most basic form.

Again, I'm leaving out a shit ton of details here that have a ripple effect throughout additional revenue streams and internal processes.

Almost every single thing I do is engineered to impact almost every other component of the plan. I'm one person going from $0 to $1M in 12 months while also building another company and raising 2 children.

I have to be ruthless and efficient with my time.

I have to be smart and hyper-strategic to pull this off.

So where do I go from here?

#1 is done enough to get started but I'll keep adding to this list to grow and nurture it.

#2 needs to be systematically implemented into my existing content strategy. I have some content that I can leverage in the meantime, but I need to create a better system for capturing ideas as I'm consuming content so that I can come back to it on Thursdays when I draft all my posts.

#3 is dependent on #2 being in motion but I don't have time to waste. I'm already reaching out to people. I'm already engaging with these people's content. I'm leveraging the relationships I already have to make introductions to the people I want to collaborate with.

That's it.

That's my absolute top priority for the foreseeable future.

That and more mantras, affirmations, visualizations, gratitude, and everything else I need to manifest this million dollars into reality : )

I COMPLETELY agree when you say the manifestation component is WAY more important. Taking Inspired action is very important but using your quantum field, your subconscious mind and your power of thought is HUGE in achieving everything you ever dreamed of.
