Hey! how's everything going? Summer is finally here! Although, someone should probably remind the weather! ??

While we all look forward to summer for the lighter nights and warmer weather (supposedly!), at 360 Growth Partners, June 1st is especially significant as it marks the start of our new financial year. With a new financial year comes an updated strategy and plan to help us get one step closer to our vision: to be our clients' most valued business partner.This is also a time for us to reflect on the past year—what went well, what didn’t, and what key learnings we can take to improve in the year ahead. Launching our Client Evaluation process has been a game changer for tracking and measuring the value we provide to our clients, as well as identifying key improvements for our business processes and practices. We could go on about the importance and benefits of a Client Evaluation process, but that’s not the theme of this update! Now, back to annual planning and ensuring we deliver on our strategic objectives to realize our vision. Recently, our Founder Andrew Silver discussed this very topic in an article for the Entrepreneur’s Forum magazine. We’ll cover it in more detail below, but for now....

Rob’s family and close friends were helping to raise vital funds for Lymphoma Action?to support them them in their quest to improve diagnoses, treatment, and aftercare for those affected by lymphoma.
