Here's to the next chapter!

After?23?years with the firm, I find myself at a crossroads following the recent restructuring of the UBS and Credit Suisse merger. While it is bittersweet to part ways with a company that has been a key part of my professional journey, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships that have shaped my career.

Over the course of my tenure, I've had the privilege to work on a range of exciting and challenging projects across the globe. Some highlights include:

• Offshoring the electronic forms team to India
• Establishing a paperless document exchange between UBS and their Trustees in Liechtenstein
• Building-up and professionalizing the global 2nd level application support for UBS WM, Retail & Core Banking
• Ensuring IT support readiness & application stability for the rollout of the Wealth Management Platform in Germany & Hong Kong/Singapore
• Enhancing the digital onboarding journey for both WM and Retail Banking clients
• Resetting and reshaping the Nashville Technology office after the Pandemic

From leading cross-functional teams to driving innovation in financial services, my focus has always been on delivering high-impact solutions and fostering collaborative environments.
