Here's an Inside Look at My Book ??

I’ve been working relentlessly for the past couple of months to publish my first book, “How Successful People Get Ish Done” and today it is available for Kindle and Paperback purchase on Amazon. ????

This book is filled with data, stories from successful people, research studies and I even included examples of how I have used the framework to achieve some of my own goals.

This book is a tool. 

I intentionally wrote it to be extremely tactical and helpful. I was mindful of the length and was sure to include infographics, charts, and images. I cut out all the fat because I know that time is precious, why make you read through 500 pages when I could get my point across in 226?

Additionally, I wrote it for people from ALL different backgrounds to be able to benefit from it. No matter your socioeconomic status, upbringing, or cultural background, you can use the framework that I developed to achieve your goals. 

The socioeconomic piece was really important to me because, throughout my research, I learned that tons of authors who write about success, often come from more privileged backgrounds themselves. I’m not knocking them at all, but when you’re a young person of color who might lack resources, a network, and/or proper mentorship, it becomes significantly more difficult to take full advantage of those strategies coming from someone who had a more sound foundation. 

That said, anyone who reads this book will learn something from it, but those who have a goal in mind will be the ones who reap the most benefits. If you don’t have a particular goal in mind, that’s OK too.

In chapter 1, I’ll take you through an exercise that will help you crystalize your goals and you’ll also learn a ton about yourself along the way.
