MANAGEMENT tells the DISPATCHER how they want things to be done. The dispatchers co-ordinate the DRIVERS and assign them stops and routes. The drivers call the RECIEVER when they’re close. They often have a boss, we can call them the CUSTOMER, and they prefer easy and cheap.

The form of communication here can be email, calls, texts or ERP system notifications. They are critical weak spots for poor internal communication with more delays.
