In 2024, we dedicated over 1,250 hours to product development, refining our designs to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of performance and craftsmanship. With 1,500 bespoke CAD drawings completed, every product was tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers, blending heritage aesthetics with modern innovation. This relentless focus on improvement keeps us at the forefront of the industry, delivering windows and doors that stand the test of time.

• Three apprentices completing their two-year courses, including our BWF Apprentice of the Year, ensuring the next generation of joiners are ready to carry the craft forward.
• Welcoming three new learners starting their joinery journey, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and closing the skills gap.
• The addition of nine new team members, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to drive innovation and sustain excellence.

This year, we completed 250 service visits, reinforcing our commitment to our industry-leading 10-year guarantee. If there's ever an issue, we sort it—even if it's 9 years and 364 days into the guarantee. We take full responsibility, whether it's down to the installation, manufacturing, or supplier.?
