I've been waiting for that right time. That right moment when my mind will give me a signal to wake up and act on my plans. My fitness plans, my financial plans, my social plans and my own self-love plans.
But guess what? The first right time has already gone. Second right time is now. And there might not be the third one.
The only thing that I'll need to do is to start. Start small. Small marginal changes is what I've been trying to make. And, document. Daily journaling is going to help me stay in the game. I'm realigning all of those plans/goals/rituals.
I would like to call them rituals. Rituals come with lightness, ultimate lightness. Unlike goals, that come with pressure and deadlines.
Let's focus on rituals. Tiny little daily marginal changes in life, that help us build lifelong habits.
Life is a little more fulfilling if we give up on procrastination, and start with making a tiny little change.
What are you waiting for? Let's just start.
The way I started with this #ThePostitBlog. ??
