Here's The Better Question

Here's The Better Question

Times are crazy.

We all know that.

People are panicking, asking: How will we survive? How will we cope?

It's a painful question.

But here we ask a different question, and since it's such a powerful question we are sharing it with all of you.

This is the question:

How will we deal with the crazy?

How will we take this time and use it to grow and build an even stronger company,

For ourselves and for our loyal customers?

To answer the question we turned to Sales Genius, David Jesse to gain some clarity for ourselves and for you.

David has seen companies through both 2001, and 2008 so he's seen the wreckage and noticed the three common actions used by companies determined to survive.

Here's the 3 part plan:

1. Speak life

We’re going to get through this.

We are reminding you, and you go on to remind your clients that things ARE going to get better. And when it does, we all need to be positioned to take advantage.

What are you doing today to be able to take advantage of the good times ahead?

2. Pivot internally

I (David Jessse) have been through “unprecedented times” before (2001; 2008). The companies that shift to growing their sales teams, win. The companies that cut sales teams, lose.

How are you pumping up your sales? Are you preparing more content for your salespeople to have on hand? Some case studies?

In times of crises many service providers like graphic designers and copywriters are willing to cut a good deal in order to have work.

Or even work on barter.

Check in with them, get yourself a bargain and pump out some good marketing material.

3. Constantly encourage your staff

You should be having daily check ins via Zoom or Skype. They want to see you thrive, too. If you win, they win.

The last thing anyone wants is to see you go under. So brainstorm as a team, find ways to grow your business during this time.

Be open, be honest and go forward!

We hope these tips help you gain some focus.

If there's anything we can do to help, whether in terms of service or support feel free to reach out.

We'll do whatever it takes to keep you going.

Here's to your health and your growth.
