Catersource is the most extensive educational conference and tradeshow for the catering and special event industries in North America. Here’s a quick recap of our five days in Orlando

Education The education sessions are led by leading industry professionals and are packed with new information to keep attendees (our customers) ahead in today's competitive environment. We provide much of the equipment and fuel used in these sessions. We also sponsor spotlight sessions and introduce presenters on the Art of Catering Food Culinary Stage. On Monday evening, we presented The Sterno Emerging Star Annual Scholarship to this year’s Jessica Medina of Curator Catering in Las Vegas. These are great opportunities for us to reinforce our commitment to the industry as well as promote our larger presence to the conference and tradeshow attendees.

Tradeshow This is the largest B2B tradeshow of its kind. Hundreds of companies – including manufacturers, distributors, rental companies, and service providers showcase their products and services to the most targeted catering and event audience in the world. Our entire line of portable warming products, IFCs, catering equipment, hand sanitizer, and ambience products are on display for nearly 4,000 caterers, suppliers, and industry leaders looking for ideas and products to take their craft to the next level.

The 2023 Catersource Conference & Tradeshow wrapped up Thursday evening March 30th with the Ace, Gala, and Catie Awards. This event recognizes the catering industry's top talent in a number of different categories. This year we presented the awards for Best Catered Event and Caterer of the Year.

Following low attendance due to Covid in 2020, 2021, and 2022, Catersource looks like it is trending back to its pre-pandemic attendee numbers. We look forward to an even better show in 2024.
