Here is what 2021 will look like!

Catchy headline? I thought so too. So, lets talk about what is on everyone's mind! it feels like watching the last episode of Game of Thrones all over again. Yes, I'm referring to the unexpected end (Still cant get over that).

2020 has been nothing but an exceptional year, forcing new business models and agile thinking to become the new norm. Still sometime we find ourselves completely oblivious of how to write business strategies and what to include in terms of marketing, new KPIs and of course revenue.

Well, the only way to take business forward is to adopt Agile Strategies and A/B testing. Let's take Saas companies (dominating sector in Stockholm) as our example.

1. Continuous A/B testing to set the website features and product pricing points: So, in simple words the company will continuously measure different variables and scenarios to decide/optimize the best user experience. Also set which is the pricing point that gets the most revenue.

2. Omni Channel Marketing. Because why not! Saas companies would like to use whatever that have to get people in their websites (The right people of course) and that is where omni channels play a role. Basically, your potential customers are slightly scattered in different channels some use websites other use different social media platforms, or they can be using all of them at once.

Either way it is very important to have a unified message in all of those channels, so the commination can have greater impact on your targeted customers. Then what you do is to sit back (grap a Fika) and re-evaluate which channels you should focus on more!

3. Engage your audience through Valuable content! It is often a hard task to find valuable content to offer your audience. But I guess with everything that is going on and the fast changing business setting that we have experienced in 2020, there is ALWAYS something to talk about. Since we are often isolated and following social distance measures now, everyone would like to E-communicate and bring their user experience to life.

Yes you guessed it! Lots of webinars, podcasts, blogs and many acceleration programs will boost your business like no other.

To conclude, there is so much to be done!! But I thought of keeping it short, after all, this is my first blog in this series #Blogs101ByRawan.
