Here We Go Again...Another Defamation Campaign

I was recently made aware that staff from the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office have started yet another defamation campaign against me reaching out to some of my close friends and professional associates as I continue to expose the corruption occurring within Cayuga County, NY.

Their first defamation campaign which was very effectively utilized involved a letter written on August 7, 2023 by my attorney, David P. Elkovitch and submitted to Jonathan Ward, (formerly) of the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office falsely stating that I was "on experimental cancer medication as his cancer is pretty close to terminal." This letter was then distributed to various organizations which then further distributed the letter around to discredit what I was saying about the corruption in Cayuga County that is supporting the drug dealing and child molestation ring. Besides people and organizations within Cayuga County, that letter was also very effectively used by other groups such as:

• Cornell University - Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX
• Cornell University Audit Office
• Principal, Southern Cayuga Central School District
• K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability
• St. Lawrence District Attorney’s Office for a separate case involving my mother from the harassment she continues to endure in St. Lawrence County with law enforcement not taking appropriate and necessary action either.

Related to this, as I was working through the New York State process for reporting and continuing to do more research, on October 15, 2024, I provided Auburn Police Chief Slayton with a three-ring binder with more than enough documentation to have various charges brought regarding verifiable perjury, criminal contempt, and offering a false instrument for filing of people involved in my case who have an active defamation campaign going against me. I even went as far as formatting my report to utilize the NYS Unified Court System Penal Law Offenses Criminal Jury Instructions and Model Colloquies as a template to make it easier for the jury as well.

However, if the same District Attorney’s Office that made very effective use of The Letter wasn’t going to prosecute anyone connected with Boy Wonder…then my guess is neither the Cayuga County Sheriff nor the Auburn Police Department will be charging anyone…because no one will be prosecuted with anything unless they are competition for the corruption, if it impacts tourism in downtown Auburn, or if people like me start exposing the corruption.

This also helps to explain the sudden rush of retirements at high levels within the Cayuga County government…as well as this new defamation campaign by the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office. I would have expected nothing less given my ongoing exposure campaign of the corruption of the government and legal system within Cayuga County, NY. I have personally met with the Sheriff and Police Chief and sent them information on a regular basis and they both know how to get a hold of me easily. I am still keeping the faith the Chief Slayton also wants to make sure the prosecution sticks, which is why the charges are taking so long and why the new defamation campaign by the District Attorney’s Office so quickly all of a sudden. Time will tell…

Apparently now because of my ongoing exposure of the corruption within Cayuga County, NY…there is concern that I may have a complete mental breakdown and will require immediately confinement to a hospital or other, for an undetermined amount of time…or something like this…but maybe that’s not how the story goes, but it’s probably pretty close to what more intimidation and threats look and sound like.

However, I will continue the march forward and encourage reporting what I have been uncovering over my two-year investigation, including trying to connect the dots with other cases that are also involved such as:

I have not had the time yet; however, I also was considering writing an article on the case involving David A. Hewitt case. As a matter of historical record, I used to live next door to David A. Hewitt on Poplar Ridge Road in Aurora, NY, and in fact was home when the very large law enforcement sting operation occurred. I was working around the house and had no idea what was going on as there was always parties going on next door or school field activities across the street from the houses. There is enough of a story there to justify writing an article, however, here are some interesting articles to get started:

I will leave it up to other people to investigate further to see if the timing of the Wells College closure was somehow connected to the David A. Hewitt case…and the associated corruption within the government and legal system of Cayuga County, NY. I do hope during the course of that investigation, they also review the following articles:

It would be even more fantastic if in the course of that investigation, those people also did their part to help with the marketing and advertising of the online petition “Revitalize Wells College with Land Back” found on change.org and encourage even more people to sign that petition. I could write an entire article on how the importance of these Golden Opportunities can help right some the wrongs of past injustices. The tragedy around the David A. Hewitt case and everything associated with it, the closure of Wells College and what it meant to those students and employees…all of it can be turned into something positive with the intent of the online petition as opposed to taking a high-end educational operation and turning it into a high-end corrupt operation or whatever they call it these days. Please do not get me started on yet another article of the corruption found within higher education…

For all I know, this latest defamation campaign against me by the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office with the stated intent of confinement has nothing to do with any of the above nor either of these issues either:

Or who knows…maybe it’s because Brittany Grome Antonacci did not appreciate the bouquet of mixed roses I sent to her last week and the digital finger counters…you know the help her keep track of prosecutions and days in jail. I would have thought sending someone a bouquet of flowers as a peace offering would have been well-received, but apparently it unleashed this recent defamation campaign. It could also be that the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office also just does not have the same appreciation of having trees planted in their honor:
