Here Are The Three Questions That Led Me To Explosive Business Growth
If you are an agency owner that wants to attract right-fit clients, you need to master three questions.
Take care of those three, and your prospects will take care of growing your business.
The same three questions work for business coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs.
“Would you like to have a steady stream of right-fit clients who are eager to work with you flow into your sales pipeline?” author Stephen Woessner once asked me.
After pausing three seconds for dignity, my reply was, “Yes, thank you for asking.”
Stephen, whose guiding principle is to be relentlessly helpful, said I needed to find the answer to three questions.
Who should we sell to?
What are we going to sell, and for how much?
And, how are we going to sell it?
He called those three questions the transformational triangle.
“Would you like a sales pipeline filled with a steady stream of right-fit clients eager to work with you — and — willing to pay you a premium price?” he asked.
