Be Here Now
The most important lesson I have learned is that there is no pain in the present moment. All the pain we inflict upon ourselves is either remembering what happened in the past or projecting what can happen in the future. Living in the present moment means?letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift. The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.
There are other benefits, too. Being in the present moment doesn’t simply change the quality of being. It can also transform the quality of what you do, leading to greater creative flow, enhanced relationships, and increased productivity at home and at work.?It is also the most meaningful gift you can give to another person.....being present to them.
