When I think of July, I think of watermelon, fireworks, laughter with friends and of course, some good ole red, white and blue.?
Growing up, we spent every 4th of July at my aunt's family farm (actually, it is a ranch, but we are not going to open that can of worms!)
Here are some ideas of ways you can laugh through July!?
July 1: International Joke Day Memorize a joke today and share it with at least 4 people. How did it feel to laugh with someone?
July 4: Independence Day Looking for something to do on the Fourth? Go to San Marcos Plaza Park for an afternoon of fun, music, and fireworks.
July 7: Tell the Truth Day All of us have secrets. The best thing about a fib or a secret is letting it out. Tell the person you've been holding back how important they are to you, or confess that you were the one who broke their favorite glass. Releasing what you are holding onto will make you feel better.
July 14: Bastille Day Let’s feel Parisian today. Grab a macaron or a crepe and celebrate the day. Maybe put on a little hat to embrace Parisian fashion.

July 15: National Give Something Away Day We all have something that we can give away today. Maybe it's 15 minutes to connect with someone, the ability to attend an appointment with a friend, some food you won’t eat that you can give to a neighbor, or items from your closet that you can donate to an organization.
July 26: National Parents Day If you are a parent, use this day to celebrate showing up for others. Do something with your partner or by yourself to fill your cup.
