This 108,000 square-foot facility was once the home to The Scranton Button Factory, circa 1880, until it was converted into a manufacturing facility operated by Capital Records in 1946, producing for bands such as the Beatles.

The building now houses the Scranton Counseling Center which provides services such as Community School-based Behavioral Health Case Management along with related Drug and Alcohol Programs.

This 14.8 million dollar project was completed in 2021, where Cornerstone provided multidiscipline design services for the rehabilitation of the historic facility.
