HERE COMES SANTA CLAUSE!!!

Many Years Ago When I was looking forward to quitting work and going home after first picking up my child from the babysitter and taking him to see Santa Claus and plopping down in front of the warm cozy fireplace I got a buzz from the office Secretary. Sandra, Its for YOU. Tell them I'm gone--Whoever it is can wait until after Christmas. I've made my quota for the month--give it to someone else. I don't need any more money! All the doctor bills are paid for the year. I was the top salesperson in the whole office actually in the whole company of 2000 agents, Heck the whole County of 4800 agents. Was I good--Yes because I cared about people But most of all because I cared if my son would ever walk without braces! He was surfing the day he died so we made that goal--but that's another story.

The man says he has to talk to YOU. It's about a Christmas gift for his wife and only YOU can make it happen. I'm a softie and like I said I care about people so I took the call. This old man (probably my age now) was on the phone telling me the story of how his wife had been begging him to buy her a house of her own for over 40 years and this Christmas he was finally going to do it! He'd seen my picture in the HOMES magazine with a picture of Santa and knew I was the one to help make it happen. He'd even picked out the perfect house! So would I please come out tomorrow and take them to see it and help him make her the happiest woman in the whole wide world? Oh yeah! sure on Christmas Eve, I'm going to leave my handicapped son alone and show this man and his Bride of 40 years their new home. Well of course I did--but I took my son with me. He bought the house and We all cried. I still cry when I remember this story and that was over 30 years ago.
